Ms. Aastha Jain, a commerce graduate from Delhi University, is a qualified Chartered Accountant (2011), Company Secretary  (2012), and Masters in Business Finance (2013).

She joined as a Partner with M/s Vinod Kumar & Associates, CAs in August, 2011.The firm is among the leading financial, tax  advisory & assurance firms in India. She has completed her training of 3.5 years in Audit & Assurance division of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Gurgaon from June, 2007-November,2010.

She has successfully completed and qualified 1 year Course for  Specialization in the field of Finance, i.e. Masters in Business  Finance Certificate Course by ICAI in the year 2013 with All India  16th rank. She has also done Certificate Course in Indirect Taxes from ICAI in 2015. She has also a certified Forensics Audit  and Fraud Detection (FAFD) from ICAI.

She specializes in the  field of Direct Tax and International Taxation, FEMA & Succession Planning. She has a post qualification experience of 11  years in full time practice. She has accumulated rich  experience in almost all fields of professional services, industrial  sectors, and diverse clients. She has advised and represented leading multinational and transnational players on complex  issues such as representations of cases at the assessment to the  appellate stage (ITAT), international corporate structuring  including private family trust and complex subsidiary & associate  structures for acquisition & investments in more than  25+ countries, advisory on mitigating the impact of Income tax at  both the Corporate as well as the Expatriate level. In advising  the corporates, she has developed further specialization in areas  dealing with highly litigated issues such as the concept of Permanent Establishment and Transfer Pricing. She is also  ngaged in consulting of complex issues relating to formulation of  strategy and structures. She has also represented clients before  CBI, RBI and other regulatory bodies.

She is a joint convenor of  Nehru Place Study Circle and has been a former member of direct Tax Committee of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

With his 360 degree experience across financial services sector as well as strategic planning, execution and growth management skills, he brings to the fore, the ability to advise and execute client’s requirements at the highest levels.

Earlier in his career he has served as Vice President at, Wealth Management at the Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, Senior Vice-President at HDFC Bank Private Banking, Whole-time Director at Religare Macquarie Wealth, Investment Committee and Board Member at Quadria Capital as well as many other senior positions with other financial institutions.

Amit has received a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Delhi and a master’s degree in business administration from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India. He is also a certified Investment Advisor under the Investment Advisor Regulations as prescribed by SEBI.

A Chartered Engineer and Registered Valuer (IBBI), Mr. Yadav boasts a career rich of experience and diversity panning over a period over 38 years and coutning. Starting off as a civil engineer and signing off as a Cheif Engineer at Housing Board, Haryana, Mr. Yadav has been able to garner a varried experience while working on civil, residential, institutional, commericial, infrastructure and industrial projects including valuations, construction management, quantity surveying, planning and executing. 

He is qualified Civil Engineer with post graduate diploma in construction management and is also a corporate member of various professional institutes like:- Institution of Surveyors (India), Institution of Engineers (India), Institution of Valuers (India), Council of Engineers & Valuers, ICMAI RVO. He leads our Technical Consulting and Land & Building Valuations practices.

Mr. Vaibhav is a finance expert with massive experience in Corporate Finance, Debt Syndication, and Capital Restructuring for SME & Corporate Clients.He is the In Charge of Mumbai Branch of Mehra Goel and Co. In past he worked as President of Ashika Capital Limited, where he set up entire Corporate Lending business and Debt syndication vertical.

In his past experience he has worked with Industry Leaders as ICICI Bank, Reliance Capital & Indiabulls Financial Services ltd, in full spectrum of lending right from business development to risk-management in products such as small & medium enterprises (SMEs), commercial real estate & retail assets.
He has extensive experience of raising funds in domestic markets specializing in
working capital, project finance, structured finance, M&A Financing and Capital market products. In last few years of his enterprising career, he successfully executed various assignments for Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Medical, Education, Manufacturing & Trading industries.
He has extensively raised funds under CRE domain via Debt & Equity and specializes creating robust structure to raise Mezzanine & Bridge Finance. He has strong network across banking and financial services domain. He is the driving force to a large team working on debt syndication deals for small &
mid-corporate & CRE verticals.
