Mr. Vinod Jain is a leading expert on, Valuations International Taxation, corporate laws, FEMA, Fund raising and strategic planning/ structuring. Mr. Vinod Jain graduated as a Commerce graduate from Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi in 1976. He did LLB from Law Centre, University of Delhi in 1979. He pursued and qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary in 1979 and as a Cost and Management Accountant in 1983. He also qualified Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) in 2004.

He has also served on different Committees of Central Board of Direct Taxes, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and several committees of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)

He has been instrumental in Designing and Delivering 3 Courses in Core Financial Domains during his tenure with ICAI namely, Masters’ in Business Fiancé (MBF), Valuation Course and Forex Risk & Treasury Management.

Mr. Vaibhav Jain, a commerce graduate from Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce (2007) is a qualified Chartered Accountant (2009), Company Secretary (2012), and Law Graduate (2015). He has also qualified a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) and as a specialist in Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection (FAFD) from ICAI.
